個人心得：

今年最熱門的議題莫過於「人工智慧」，隨著2016年iPhone銷售量開始衰退，可以看到智慧型手機市場已經飽和。
在這七年當中，每家科技廠試圖找到下一波科技的浪潮，我想可以看到的是未來不再是硬體的時代，軟體的時代才是能夠讓科技服務人群的重要核心：如何讓消費者感受到服務品質的優良，在於行為的「預測」。
這些科技廠在做的正是努力打造著能夠為消費者、使用者預測下一步行動甚至提出建議，是興奮也是恐懼。未來人的便利性是現在的我們難以想像的，但便利的背後是數據的收集，從中最重要的課題莫過於資安，消費者使用服務時可能產生的隱私爭議，也正考驗著科技廠商在人權與盈利間的抉擇。
